| A good cup of tea with available milk, sugar, lid, spoon and a bin for the tea bag (if it has one) will score 3. Receiving a cup of coffee after ordering tea will score 0.

| A good average or what you would normally expect hamburger with condiments available will score 2, being offerred things like mushrooms would score 3 and a footprint on the bun scores 0.

| Price will be calculated on a weekly basis as more clubs are tessted. Therefore a 3 will be an average price across across all clubs a 5 will be much cheaper and a 1 will be very expensive.

| Service with a smile is average and gets you 3, you can tell its a pleasure to serve you would be 5, while blowing a nose on the serviette before giving it to you will no doubt receive a big zero.
